What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 12:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can often be arranged depending on availability — just let us know in advance.
Do I need to pay in advance to book?
No advance payment is required. Simply send us your dates on WhatsApp and we'll confirm your booking. You pay directly at the hotel during your stay.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation until 24 hours before check-in. If your plans change, just let us know a day ahead and there's no charge.
Is the hotel fully vegetarian?
Yes, Anaya Regency is a 100% pure vegetarian property. Our restaurant serves North Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes, all vegetarian, prepared fresh through the day.
How do I reach Jorethang from the nearest airport or railway station?
The nearest airport is Bagdogra (IXB) and the nearest major railway station is New Jalpaiguri (NJP), both near Siliguri, around 3–4 hours away by road. Shared and private taxis run regularly to Jorethang, and we're happy to help arrange a pickup.
Is parking available?
Nearby parking can be arranged on request. Please let us know if you're arriving by private vehicle so we can assist.
Is the hotel suitable for families and groups?
Absolutely. We have family suites, connecting rooms, and an air-conditioned banquet hall for celebrations, meetings and group gatherings. Children aged 12 and below stay free — up to two, with one complimentary extra mattress.
